"Worst customer service. They were not straight forward and I’m looking for an agent that shows full honesty, which they didn’t. There were times when they didn’t pick up and other times when they told me they would call me back because the agent wasn’t available, which she didn’t. If you are looking for a State Farm agent that shows full honesty and actually cares about people’s time, this might not be the one."
