She was so positive, kind, and upbeat - in short, an absolute joy! 😊 Not only did she take care of my request immediately, she also offered me benefits that I didn't know existed and explained them thoroughly. Simply put: It was an absolute pleasure doing business with her. Just another reason that I'm STILL with State Farm...😊 -----------------------------‐----------------------------- I have been a customer of the State Farm in Wells Branch for a little over seven years. Recently, Marijane Billington became the new agent, after the previous agent retired. I must say I was greatly pleased by her KINDNESS, professionalism and eagerness to help me figure out what was the best coverage for me, now that I've had a new life event. She even offered to review a mandatory new policy I was required to purchase with another carrier. Barbara is still at this location, along with a new man named Chuck. He has a good sense of laid back humor. I think working with Marijane and her team is going to be a great experience. She demonstrated that she really cares that I have adequate coverage and well-explained the reasons why. She made sense. There's only one State Farm on the west side of IH35 on Wells Branch Pkwy. I took a chance on them after being with another insurance carrier for almost 15 years. State Farm saved me a substantial monthly amount with a bundle. Check them out. You'll get a really warm welcome from people who care and TRULY great rates!"
